they would go down hill, losing all there good players, but he aint leaving now.

mourinho is certainly best in the business... he has built a terrific culture in chelsea,won 2 back to back premierships... obviously chelsea will go down.. but hopefully he wont leave chelsea.

I think Chelsea is a powerfull team with any man in the comman d of it. Any couch or manager can make Chelsea win , because there are many quality players ...

i think that Chelsea will need much time to recover and adjust if Mourinho leave. They will need a time with the new coach to adapt with his way of playing
