What food do you want to try that you haven't already?

I've been watching a lot of documentaries and now I really want to try Crocodile. Also I would like to try eel.

there are so many things that I want to try starting with lobster,creme brulee,caviar and could go on and on

I really want to try quail. I've heard that it's really good but I've never gotten a chance to try it. Guess that's my next thing to try...
