A high salary?

hmm..i dont think its about enough. but then it would depend on the amount of work that you do. here in the philippines, i work as a nurse and work for about 160 hours for 4 weeks and it pays around 8-9thousand pesos..which is approximately $200...well what do u know??? pays lower also?? which is why we would want to go abroad to earn more. and that 8-9 thou per month thats about almost the highest pay a nurse can get here in the philippines =)

I think, salary never makes a person satisfying. Though its not high but reasonable.

What is the exchange rate ;to dollars or pounds. I was under the impression English teachers in China were highly paid and in demand. I am not sure what a teachers salary is here in S.Africa, but now that I think of it, there does not seem to be as many complaints as there used to be.

So in a month, if I work for 24 days, I can earn 24*52$=1248$. It might sound a lot, but here it wouldn't be enough for me to live in a tent...
