i too use aitrtel broadband but i dont find it too good as i disconnected every half an hhour. i agree that their service is prompt but they need to help me out of this else i amswitching to other broadband service providers.

im from bangalore n the service in here is absolutely good n i ve never faced such a problem in the past year since i ve been using airtel
the service here is very prompt
if u aint satisfied wid their service jus warn 'em u gonna terminate ur connection, things shall settle down
even then if ur not satisfied, i wud suggest u switch over 2 bsnl as they r offering higher speeds as per reports in the media

thanks. i am using this connection in belgaum. i feel it should be same all over india. i will try tell them to terminate. hope that works

I don't use airtel broadband. I am using airtel Rs.249 GPRS Mobile office connection which give me unlimited access to the internet through mobile. In airtel broadband there is any terrif plan to give the access internet in night free of cost.Pls let me know.

as far as ma knowledge goes ders no plan which pfeers free internet during the nights as such but der are a host of plans which offer unlimited internet access all day long

i use bsnl broadband ... 500 plan .they give my 2.5 gb of free space and 2mbps connection...unmatched performance ... why go for airtel.. and also when you compare the prices of modem rental it is cheaper.. the only disadvantage is that the unlimited usage time is from 2:00 to 8:00 . experiance bsnl broadband ... i really get 145kb/sec.... download speed..
