Needed a Helping Hand residing in the US

I own a medical transcription company in India, and we work for some US based clinics and hospitals. I was wondering if I can engage a person in the US, who can take direct contacts for me and get bthe work outsourced here, we both can earn some good money. I know the channels and the person will be representing our company there. Most of the companies do not entertain small companies or do not outsource. Is it the right way that can help us reach the clients directly, or I should apply directly ?
