Lose weight fast! Promise this is effective.

So what would you do about weight control?Here are some of my thoughts of how to lose weight. Because this is what i did. So what you do now is to work hard and get busy...Promise this is effective. Because the more you get yourself less busy in work the more you can think of a food then eat all you can. But if your try to get busy then up to the time that when you got home you wouldnt have nothing to do than to go to your bed and get yor rest immediately. Thats it! you would easily forget to eat your food because you are tired the whole day! And imagine this can earn a lot of advantage in you. You could have accomplish work easily and you can easily lose your weight. But please i am not telling you not to eat anymore.. of course the only time you need to eat is breakfast (most important) lunch and dinner (not both heavy meals) and you will notice by yourself that you did the best way in losing weight.. At the end of the week weigh yourself.You'll notice a difference just after one week.

Those are some really good tips. I have noticed that I am a "boredom" eater. I won't really be hungry, but if there's nothing else to do, I'll eat. I am trying to get away from that though and find other things to do.

yes, if you are busy you will think less on food.. i have observed that when I have a lot of things to do, i don't think much of food and I lose my appetite so I eat less and work more which also helps burn calories on my body.. this could help me lose more weight! thanks for the tip!
