Anyone read and would like to reccomends some good fiction about cats?
When I was little I really liked a story called Six Dinner Sid. It was about a cat who used to get his meals from six different families. I can't remember the author, sadly.
Another kids book, though for higher stages, is Varjak Paw by SF Said. It's illustrated and tells the story of a pampered cat who must learn to fight to save his family.
My brother and I are both in our twenties and really enjoyed it ^_^

The cat that walked by himself by Rudyard Kipling inthe Just So Stories is a good starting point.

There are quite a few books I've read and have as part of my book collection. Some are fiction some aren't but all make great reading.
A hard to find book is Stray
Then there are Cats of Sanctuary House, Shadow Cats, A Snowflake In My Hands, Cat Tracks, For Every Cat An Angel and the list goes on. Some of these are tearjerkers along with smiles but worth every tear.
