do you bottle everything up inside or do you turn to others when you have worries or are stressed?
a friend of mine had a nervous breakdown not too long ago from worries and stress and admitted if he had asked for help from friends or family it probably wouldn't have been so bad, instead of trying to be the hard man.
interested in your replies.

I think that I am probably the type of person who keeps everything to myself. For some reason, people in my life seem to view me as some kind of "super-woman"....It is hard for me to disappoint people and let them see that I get stressed out just like everyone else. Thankfully, I have been blessed with a great family who can sense when I am feeling down, even though I try to hide it. My sister, especially, can even tell over the telephone if I am in a bad mood. She always knows what to say to help me put things into perspective.

I'll usually ask a friend for advice. Even if I don't use the advice, it's good to know that there was someone who at least tried to help me.
