I have a pair of golden hamsters and just a few weeks ago, the female gave birth to a six babies. My problem is none of the babies survive, because the mother bite or eat some of them. What could be the problem for such a behavior of the female and I need some advice on proper way of breeding them.

Female hamsters, especially if its a first litter, will often eat their young. It's not uncommon. However, you can avoid it by doing a few things.
It's really difficult to do, but make sure no matter how tempted you are, you don't touch the babies until they have hair on them.. What she's doing is smelling your scent on them, which causes her to reject them. The easiest way to get rid of it is to eat it and regain some of the energy from protein that was lost during birth.
The cage will get dirty, but make sure you don't touch the mother or the babies. You can remove the bedding in the area where the nest is NOT, and then add bedding in the area that you've cleaned. If she moves the nest, then you can clean out the other end.
Keep the food available, and have lots of fresh water. For the few weeks until the babies have fur, make sure you offer some fruit and nuts. Give her more than the normal kittle.
Finally, you might want to keep the cage somewhat secluded. Keep the kids away and don't let them tap on the cage. I don't know that you have to cover the cage, but you might want to do so to help her feel safe.

there are several reasons why hamster mommy ate their babies
first, the lackness of protein during pregnancy, make sure your hamster got enough protein by feeding her 1 boiled egg (i dont know if they liked scrambled eggs) before she delivered the baby.
second, sometimes not all of them babies are as healthy as it seen, so the hamster mommy ate them ill babies to prevent the other healthy babies from getting sick.
separating the mommy and the babies is not quite a good idea, because the other babies still needs the mommy to survive.

this is very common with hamsters...they will eat their babies if they feel any stress at all...next time try covering their cage to make them feel more secure, don't handle the babies for a while, don't be constantly going over to the cage and looking and talking, keep it quiet and peaceful around them.. and take great care not to frighten them in any way...sometimes they will do it no matter what, but hopefully next time they will allow the babies to live

Actually, one of my friend's hamster do the same thing just like your hamster did. My friend finally can fix it with separating the female and the babies. My friends separated the babies for two weeks than put them with the female again, and nothing happened ^^
Hope this can help you =)

If you try this make sure you don't do it before the babies can walk around and eat solid food.
We had a couple of hamsters and one was a unfit mother. She'd have the babies and not take care of them at all. We had to split them up among other hamsters we had. Sometimes we had to remove the male. Sometimes we have to seperate them as soon as they are able to be on their own.

Always make sure that there is more than enough food and water. Mother hamsters will eat their babies if they don't think their is enough food for all of them. Try putting in 3 times what you usually do. If there is a male, remove him from the cage. Make sure the mother is not stressed.
