Soya Flour Recipes Please!!

I am doing a low carb diet and have 1 kilo of soya flour to use in recipes for bread, muffins and cakes. The trouble is every recipe I have found contains either cream of tartar or baking powder which I can´t find where I live! I have other stuff, ie eggs, butter, sugar substitute, yeast etc - does anyone have a bread recipe using things I DO have and not baking powder or cream of tartar (whatever the hell that is! LOL)?
