Has anyone of you watched the Prince of Tennis Live action?

This movie was already release in Japan last May 13, 2006. Does anyone have a copy of this movie? especially the one with english subtitles..

I do and I'm dissappointed on the outcome. They remove all the match scene, one thing that I like about Prince of Tennis is the matches and they remove it, I was like huh? it's already done @_@ Well it's a 2 hours movie and we can't really expect much.

I just watched this movie.. and i am also disappointed.. I feel that the characters are so gay... (sorry for the word!!!) I'll just watch the anime again.

"too gay" Haha. So you didn't think the anime was gay? Even my brother said "omg are they gay or what?" when accidentally watching some episodes with me. (He said that during the flashback episode of small Eiji and Oishi when it was told how they started playing doubles together.)

Oh, it was a movie? I had a glimpse of the news about this live-action thing somewhere before i think, and i thought it was a live-action tv series instead of a movie.

I have watched some of it's anime serries and it's cool, who knows playing tennis may have some super techniques.. hmmm.. maybe I should take a look of that movie..

You can take a look on the movie.. But i suggest dont watch the anime series seriuosly because you will get disappointed in the movie if you do so. I already shared the copy.. PM me for details.. :)

I have seen the movie. It's pretty good. I don't have a copy, unfortunately, and I don't know if anyone has fansubbed it. It's good overall, and it uses actors from the second cast of the prince of tennis musicals.

I thought it was a rather boring movie. I absolutely adore Prince of Tennis, have been obsessed with it for months, but while there were a few amusing scenes, I found the movie overall really rather bad. And I was positively prejudiced, so that says something about the quality I think. I think it just doesn't work as a Live action movie, in anime/manga version it's so much better.

You can find it in YouTube and believe me, it's crap! If you want to ruin your Prince of Tennis experience then go and watch it.

As what I've heard 'tis a good movie. Maybe when I got spare time then I can watch the movie. As for the meantime, thanks for the Info. ^_^ I'm an AnimeAdik! hehe!
