Have there been instances where a celebrity has said or done something to make a difference in your life? Is your life better for it? Are celebrities an important part of your life?

Not really, there are times, when I feel that the entire world would be better off without them. However, there are those few, that really make us glad to watch them perform, or act, or even tell a good story, because they are talented and sincere. They are not vain, conceited, and narcissistic (all meaning the same, and probably one spelled wrong, lol). Some, have changed our lives for the better and make us glad to watch a certain film, or read a certain book, listen to a certain song, etc. But then, it comes back to the ones that ruin it for the good ones, they are the ones that actually get the most publicity and make being a celebrity a bad thing. Perhaps, it is better to associate the good as artists and the bad as only celebrities, that way there is no confusion.

Yes, there have been some great ones. I agree that many go overboard with the vanity.

In some ways, yes, because we watch them and if we see something good in them, we imitate. Or if we see something that we like in them, we learn and do it ourselves. We acquire knowledge and not everything will just come up into our minds. But celebrities are not important in my life; I can live without seeing any celebrity.

I do admire some celebrities specially who didn't wear mask in real life when thier intention to help the poor of the poorest is genuine and they are rate breed. I have a local celebrity here on my country that do some good deeds in real life without the media and he is a good man and I do admire him and it feels good that even they are on the top they tend to reach out to poor people.

Well my point of view is that WE make the celebrities life more better with buying their stuff.. I have a good life and i don't see how a celebrities can make me to feel better...no,those are just people like me and diference is i have privacy... Of course some celebrities can be a good exemple but most of them is not exact what you want to teach your kid to make... auguusta

Celebrities are not very important in my life with the exception of being entertaining. I think it is funny to watch them get all worked up over the dumbest things and blow their money on things that are completely unnecessary. If anything I guess you could say they make my life better by providing an example of how not to be.

No, they are not an important part of my life. Nor, has any of them done anything to make my life different. I find that they are the same as anyone else. Just a lot more popular.

The only celebrity that made a difference in my life was Dr. Phil. He has some great advice and quotes for us all to live by. Other then that, I don't think celebrities play an important part in my life at all. :)
