Like you clean up your body with bath, you have to clean up your mind from worries. Write down the tasks that you have to do next day on a slip of paper. Tell your mind that it is planned. Do some exercises that tires you, have some good food. Drink 2 litres of water everyday. The sleep chases you and you would have a wonderful sleep for 8 hours. Try to fix the timings for sleep - to bed and to get up.

Yes, I do. I sleep like a log night after night. I don't do anything particular to be able to sleep well, I'd say am a sleepaholic actually :D I can sleep whenever, wherever i want.
SLeeping for me is the most relaxing thing ever. I sleep for some 8-10 hours every night and wake up all charged up, raring to go :)
