friendship always ends in love...

...but love in friendship never (?) i forgot the author/poet who said it, but this line has hit me since high school. i'm sure it can be interpreted in at least 2 ways. the way i see it, the line seems to say that a couple who had split up can never be friends. agree? hmm, i don't. experience has proven otherwise. (only if letting go is done completely, i guesss.)

I have experienced this for two times But unfortunately,failure as a result. friendship and love can't be distingushed clearly.

i assume if the friendship is genuine, then there is love. but if the friendship is superficial, love will only be as good as nothing, it will result in nothing good.

I don't think so. I split up with my first love before and we are the best of friends right now. He has his own family and i have mine to.

yeah it is true always friendship will turn into love and it is good and i think your best friend will be better as your partner...

well i guess it depends on the couple's break up? Would you consider befriending your boyfriend if he physically or emotionally abusing you on purpose? Of course not. But if both of you parted ways in a manner that you've talked and understand each other then you can be good friends after your breakup.

i just don't agree with that phrase say that a couple who had split up can never be friends.. i had breaking up with my bf..and till that time we are freinds.. (8_*)v
