Lesson my mom ever taught me was to be always happy no matter what. Don't problem is problem let your problem problem you as she would always quote this as a joke but somehow it has an impact to me and I believe it. If I will just problem my problem then nothing will happen and anyway even if I sit down and be sad all day long, that cannot solve my problem. So what I do is try to know the possible solutions and not be complaining and remain a happy person.

It is to remain humble no matter what whether you have money or not. People will always remember you by your good deeds so do good to your neighbors as much as you can. Also to not procrastinate in whatever you are doing.

My mom taught me to not readily trust people. I know its a bit harsh but I knoe she's only looking out for me. and well, i think her advice pays off because there are indeed many people out there who can hurt you or take advantage of you if you're not too careful.
Another advice is to always look back if I dropped something. It's because i tend to always forget or drop something behind me especially when i get off vehicles.
I guess my mom is really good in dishing out practical advice for daily living.
