Not all recruiters are bad

After reading all that you guys have been saying about recruiters i have to place my own post on it, again. Yes there are some recruiters out there that are straight out liars and jerks. But that makes up a very few of our recruiters. These guys and gals go to work anywhere from 2 am to 7 am every morning. (sometime not Sundays.) Then they work anywhere from 8-12 every night.They do not harras people,not the good ones anyways. They will call and ask to speak with the person they are trying to recruit but the parents do get invloved once the senior decides to join. Especially if the child is under 17. My fiance` comes home so stressed every night and we barely see him. We will be married in seven does. Fortunally he has gotten 10 days leave for our wedding, but that leave is always being held over his head. If he doesn't get a certain amount of peple in he can lose his leave. He is the best recruiter this month in his batillion and he doesn't do anything wrong to get those people in. All he does is tell them what they will get if they join. then of course there is always questions of whether or not that perso will be deployed or not. He always tells them that yes there is always that chance. He even gets them ready for basic so they know what there going to go thru when it's time for them to ship. not al recruiters are bad.
