How do you feel when someone talks behind your back?

I think everyone does this at one time or another because they are just irritated about something that day and they take it out on someone else . I have seen myself get upset with a friend and talk to someone else only to find out what I was so upset with was not really that bad . I didn't discuss it with the friend because as upset as I may have been , I still didn't want to hurt their feelings . But I believe if you say something and it gets back to the person then you should have the guts to explain why you were upset and why you spoke to someone else rather then to them in person . I believe we are all capable of doing this at one time or other for whatever reason , right or wrong .

If you give attention to it, then you are encouraging someone to indulge in such nefarious activities. So best things is to ignore that someone and ignore the back talks.
