I think that are healthy, but not that is matter.I think that all that is matter is where do you want to do this tattoo, where like somebody who knows, not at somebody that do that only for money.I believe that depends of that person that paint tattoos.

As long as you go to an artist that is clean and uses sterilized equipment yes it is healthy. Also I belive it would be unhealthy for people who need to express themselves via body art to not have that outlet. (i am not just talking about today's society) Body art has been around since probally the bigining of mankind.

A lot of people (particularly those who don't like tattoos) will tell you that you can catch all sorts of nasty diseases from tattoos, and that all tattoo parlors are scuzzy and gross. The truth of the matter is that anyone licensed to give tattoos should be upholding all sorts of professional standards, making getting a tattoo perfectly healthy. It's only when you're talking about people giving tattoos in their basement, or at parties, or in prisons, that you would need to worry about it not being healthy.
Honestly, I think I've been healthier since I started getting tattoos. Part of it is definitely me taking better care of myself and eating better, to allow my body to heal the tattoos more quickly. So yes, it's definitely healthy to have tattoos! :)

Yes, I have tattoos and I plan on getting more and I am very healthy, as long as the tattoois done by someone who know what they are doing and everything is clean and you take care of it there is nothing unhealthy about tattoos.

As long as you're going to a licensed professional, it is safe. Make sure that they use new needles for every person (they have single-use disposable needles) and be sure that they don't re-use the ink. They should have tiny containers to put the ink in for your tattoo, and throw away any unused ink so that they don't "double-dip" and possibly contaminate the ink. When I got my tattoo, I asked to see the equipment, needles, and ink containers. I also would never have a tattoo at a shop that appeared dirty, of course. The only other risks that I could think of are if you are one of the rare people who are allergic to the ink or if you don't care for the tattoo properly afterwards and you get a skin infection.

I don't think that there is anything particualarly healthy about getting tattoos. As long as the person who is tattooing you is professional and sanitary about it I don't think that it is unhealthy. However, I have heard before that if a woman has a tattoo on her lower back that she might not be able to get an ephideral when she goes through pregnancy.

Depends on how clean the artist is with his tools. If he's a professional and cleans everything the proper way, then there's little risk involved.
