yes i have witnessed a crime once when iwas a child. i was returning from a school bus when i saw that a man was beating another man along with his bodyguard who had a rifle in his hand. so the man who was being beaten was not in a position to resist and he was being beaten very severely. i got the news next day in newspaper that he had hurt his eyes .
