Gosh!! don't even talk about it!!
I'm nothing but a bundle of nerves at that point of time. A little mroe than year back, I had to give a presentation. My slides were ready, I ahd prepared well..... The moment I started, I went blank.... didn't recall a single a word.... now taht being a technical presentation, had a lot of explanation to do, I still remember, staring at one diagram, and stating...."This is teh input, and this is the output, but don't ask for what goes on inside the system, because I don't know!!"
No one said a thing... but its now a big time joke regarding presentations around here.....

I most definitely panic when I had to do presentations when I was in school as that was my greatest fear. I can not do it. Sometimes now I have to talk to my students but I do it sitting down as it is easier and not all of them are able to look at me. It is an uncomfortable feeling having so many eyes watching me while I talk.

hi there, i dont panic during classroom presentation.. but during those times, i cant help but to feel the butterflies in my stomach...nervous. be in front of so many people, all eyes and ears.. gee... my heart beats faster.
inspite of that, i try to manage myself not to panic and be calm in order to prevent myself from making mistakes.

Giving presentation and presiding over the stage is an art. It comes by practice and will to do that. People with an attitude to command learn it fast as they love to preside over.
But before that you need to practice a lot and thats the secret of these people. Basically these people practice at home n front of mirror where the could see how they are giving it. It builds up confidence and after giving regular presentation we actually enjoy it.
This happened to me also... first i used to panic on the stage... but as i started practicing and regularly giving it, it became very easy now !!
No one born with this art... its the practice that makes it perfect!!
