when you are angry and starts smiling (a sarcastic one) then believe me its the point when the anger has exceeded the limits !!
this is the most dangerous symptom of anger... that point the thinking stop and revenge becomes the biggest priority !! thats the point when changes from a human being to a beast !!
It happened to me once and please don't ask me the what i did later... because what happened next is the elimination of anger and regret crept in later... when i came to senses !!

well.. smiling while you are angry does not always mean that you are a hypocrite.. rather at times.. it shows your self determination and your control over yourself at such times when it's literally impossible to control the overwhelming feelings of yours!

NO not when I am mad! And I can't stand it when someone says aw come on smile, or smile its not so hard or something like that. I can smile while being sarcastic or when I make someone else mad. but of course i try not to do that!!

sometimes i use to smile when i get angry and sometimes i cried it out loud when it makes me hurt.
I don't know it is good or bad habit.
