any given day - it has to be Cristiano Ronaldo - for the following reasons... 1. Ronaldo, is most improved player after world-cup - as he has not only undone the thing, he was lacking but made a strong point on it, too...i.e. Scoring goals and he is very close to "incontention" to be the highest scorer. 2. Ronaldo has been in-discussion from many ex-players for being the "BEST-Ever" also...agreed its very early to say all this but he has a different class of playin' dis game. 3. Ronaldo, agreed he used to fake a bit but who doesn't - do u think Rooney doesn't, well its a fact that he has a very short-temper and he at-times looses it and then fake to the officials, that he ain't guilty. 4. Ronaldo, he has and had the guts to face the fans even after the World-cup episode, because he knows he owes a lot to them and he hasn't been able to deliver as much to the Club as much he wants... so he is staying on and helping them to do so in this season and hopefully many more seasons to come... 5. He is nippy, has added a new dimension to the game and he is 100 times better than Rooney in the air(Header-Part)

mm for me Cristiano Ronaldo is better then Rooney. Rooney is some kind of slow and very agresive and i dont like this

Both players are very good.But i think Cristiano Ronaldo is better, he proved that in his last matches

The both are, but as we know celebrety goes to very good fotbal players heads. Rooney is still good, but Cristiano Ronaldo has decreased, he fakes a lot. That's way I think Rooney is better than Cristiano Ronaldo.
