What are your views on Female Cage Fighters? I happen to be one and have been fighting pro for years. I do not seem to get the same respect male fighters do. A lot of organizations won't allow women to fight. My MMA Record is 49 wins 1 loss 39 by TKO. What is the deal? I don't look like a dude either so what gives?

You're a bad a$$! I don't know many male fighters with your record. Have you fought only other women, or have you fought some men? The best advice I could give you is to keep going, you seem like you're doing vey well with your fighting career, you have plenty of fights under your belt. You don't need the validation of men to be a great fighter, you already are, if you know it in your heart.

I was fighting only women until it ran dry then it was some dudes. I know I am a good fighter because I strive to be better. For a fighter I am well accomplished, I just wish some of the bigger organizations would look at my record not my gender so I can go in and Bang!! Thanks for the comments, keep in touch!!

I don't know why they don't let women fight, I think probably its more that people are used to it than anything else. It took UFC a while to gain acceptance at first and that was with male fighters. It could also be the lesser numbers of women fighting, there are just more men so they naturally tend to pull things their way.
I've loved martial arts and fighting ever since I was a little kid, so to me the fact that you are a cage fighter is AWESOME. I really admire you, and that could be simply because I haven't met a lot of females like you.
My parents didn't like martial arts so I have to do it when I'm away at college, etc, but I have found through playing rugby (also at college) that there are a lot of women who like the physical fighting sports but just don't have the skill to compete in cage fighting or wrestling, etc, so they're confined to sports like rugby.
Where do you train at? I've done TKO and some wrestling, but nothing like what your record is,

Thank you so much DeepMystery...Sorry it took so long, been very busy...I have trained a lot of fighters who have become very sucessful in this sport. I own Cordts Combat Academy. I will have a website up fairly soon Iw ill send you a link, we are opening this month. I wish there was a way I wouldnt be looked down on because of my gender, I want to bang in UFC so bad it hurts but they wont let women fight. I have been training in Martial arts since I was five and I am going on 32. I have been a pro kickboxer too fighting for Fairtex Muay Thai Camp back in the day. A lot of female fighters I have met are butch or think they are dudes. I am 100 percent girl but not a girlie girl know what I mean? My husband is one of my best students, it just took him too long to come talk to me because he was intimidated. I hate that. Guys want to show me up or insult me but hey, we know who can roll right? LOL Keep in touch and go train hard, Martial Sciences Rock!!

I watch the UFC, Bodog Fights, etc. and wonder why this is so also. I'm a female whom is extremely interested in the arts but I don't think I would want to compete in full contact fighting. I have to give it up to you, you are a small percentage. If a woman wants to fight, let them. The only problem I see, is the lack of competiton. Society is still changing on its views of woman and our roles in society in general. Because of this, not many woman are trained for that type of sport. I say, keep doing what you're doing and hopefully with each fight it will become more accepting for society. Good luck!
