Career to choose out of the two?

Hi all I'm a pharmacy graduate and presently I'm in the final sem of my MBA (Pharmaceuticals). I got the job offer from 2 very booming and interesting fields:
a) Health cre Insurance as a Medical Underwriter
b) Contract Research Organization as Clinical Research Associate
Can any one of you guide me where should I go for my better future in terms of money as well as growth?

if u have interest in studied , i mean u love to do studied than i think Research organization is good .
but for growth and money
Health cre Insurance as a Medical Underwriter will be good .
it is my opinion .

Thanks for your response santwana but the problem is that the Research company I'm getting the offer is very new and not yet fully established
on the other hand the Health care insurance co. from where I'm getting the offer is very old and you can say on the top 5 co. in the Medical Underwriting

In my opinion if it is new and not establish than u must join it because they have more opportunity because they are in progress stage .
but still i am not dening the fact that old is gold .
but its ur choice and desire which work ur like most to do .

the problem is that i like both the fields almost equally.. It is the starting of my career so its not good to think of salary at the starting, where as both the fields are paying me almost more or less same..
