Ahhhh Im growing a tumor...ish thing help pls

Recently i have found a little bump under my left nipple. I am a male, and its driving me CRAZZY!!! Do i have cancer? The little bump hurts when hit, and its about 2cm long.
help would be appreciated , thanks =)
