Windows Vista: network problem

im getting problem connecting internet using vista, problem is i configured everything & while connecting to net it showing everything correctly & connects to net also, but while browsing/or any other net related work, it showin no connection! anybody can help? its verifying username/password everything & connecting but no connection!
