ages back Boeing was the reigning champion, but recently over a decade orr two Airbus has been pioneering the aircraft manufacturing-cos due to its innovative aproach as well as safety-focus and passenger-friendly models approach.

technically both are number one, of course, Boeing is older one so Boeing planes are more in the world present airbus 380 gives airbus in number one today only i saw 380 it is dam good huge aircraft bigger then 747 and looks good with a capacity of 850(?) passengers

Even though Airbus made a collossal one, Boeing can easily surpass it. For the reason that they can produce more easily.

Would that be judging by quality of aircraft or number of aircraft sold, or total number of aircraft currently flying? Wait a minute.... Boeing is #1 in all those categories!
