I drink at least 2L of water every day, usually more. I have a 1L bottle that I fill in the morning and again usually around lunch. Sometimes it gets filled again around 6pm if I'm not having juice or something similar with supper. One of the medications I'm on acts as a diuretic, and displaces sodium in my diet, so I have to be sure that I consume enough water and salt every day. And I've noticed that when I don't drink enough water, my skin does not look or feel as healthy as it normally does, and my body feels tired even if I slept well the night before. Water really is the best thing to drink-no calories, no extra sugar or preservatives, and it has minerals our bodies need.
