Yes ,I got many friends on internet....but never met any one in person because all of them lived in different countries. But they are in very good touch and so never felt to meet them in person

I have met some people in person from the internet. I think its okay, you just have to be really smart about it. I chat to them for a long time, if I like them I talk to them on the phone for a long time. Then if I decide this person might be okay I meet them in a very public place, I always drive myself separate and I always tell someone where I am. Sometimes I ask a friend to call me at a certain time, just in case things aren't going well. That way I have an excuse to leave right away. There are alot of good people out there. But there are also alot of crazy people who are just out to hurt you. Be careful and be smart. Trust first impressions.
