The precor elliptical machine is an excellent workout. the circuit training at curves is also good-particularly for people who are overwhelmed bty traditonal gyms and would like to be in a small friendly atmosphere.

yoga would be the best...and also track events may help but do not prefer track events if u r really obese b'coz u may get some other health probs like joint pains in legs e.t.c., avoid oil food to the max...keep aside deep-fry items if continued this list would be a really long one b'coz i come across these discussions frequently in my house

unfortunatly this discussion is getting repeated for hundreds of time in this mylot.
I don't know how many are really serious in knowing the reply of it.
I even don't know how many will follow if any scientific advice is given.
before doing so many things just start with simple "Walking" or "cycling".
I mean 10 kms walk a day and forty kms cycling a day.
This is easy, simple, cheapest, no investments, no costly health clubs, or any other costly devices available in the market.
You please start with I am sure you won't even ask this question to any body in your life time.

Cardio exercise like walking, running, jog, swimming, and aerobic. but you must combine with weight training so you can get your ideal weight

I suggest you that you can go swimming three times a week,and after swimming,you should eat not too much,so I think you can lose weights quickly.

Don't go on a diet...just change the way you think about food. Try to get at least 5 fruits/veggies every day and drink lots of water. Walking, dancing, or aerobics gets your heart rate up and burns fat.
