Real Estate Investing

I am currently trying to get some good advise about real estate investing. I have read every book I can find on the subject. Does anyone have any suggestions for someone starting out with little credit, a average paying job and very little money to invest. I am just looking for some real world advise. Thank you

I know this post is 1 year old but I just saw it. The best web site ive been on recently has been richdad.com there forums are great alot of information and alot of people that are and have been doing this for years.

I too am trying to break into the RE Investing. I do know that it can be harder than what most people think.
