Raising Minimum wage whats the point???

I was just shocked when i entered my local grocery store to see that the price of milk had risen up to 75 cents for a gallon of milk. Then i walked into the soda aisle to see a 2 litter of coke for 2.19???? And minimum wage in the state of florida went up an extra 20 cents last year but supermarket products which we depend on rise much further than that.... so what are we doing by raising minimum wage ??? nothing at all...

your right! nothing at all!...they say the cost of living has risen, so they give a raise in min. wage only to have the cost of living go up again almost immediatly!
you make a bit more, you pay an even bigger bit more...its a circle!
