how you will explain this present contradictory

today many firms are opening in india(mnc's) due to which many peoples have lost their job,there are many people which are saying there is no job in private and gov sector. but the firms are saying there is huge sacrcity of service man in his sector or well qualified person HOW YOU WILL EXPLAIN THIS CONTRADICTORY

I am in Australia and to be honest in hope of not offending anyone but I think any Government or Privately owned company within Australia that takes the jobs of Australians and moves the work to India or any other country is being disloyal and it is an absolute disgrace for the sake of money, they scream it is because Australians want to much money but still rake in the big profits and give themselves mega huge bonuses and unbelievable perks...All companies that enter into this practice should be boycotted by all Australians.... an absolute disgrace....steps off her soapbox...:O
