Does racism still exist in the U.S.

I see it everyday. Not just with the color of skin, but the size of your pocket book. I live in a very economicly split area, the haves and the have nots. Those with money, and those who have none, very separated. I've seen the have nots biased by the city in so many ways. After recent blizzards in our area, the snow plows came out in force, at least in the wealthier areas. The poorer areas sat for the next two weeks. Five to six weels later they're still having problems. Does this occur else where? Is so, tell us what you see. It's discracefull. Does this exist every where?
