you have to feed him at specific times each day, and then take his dishes away, then immediately after, you have to take him outside to where you wanthin to go, and wait for him to finish, praise him a lot. when he goes in the house, show itto him and say NO sharply, and then take it outside with the puppy, and put the poop down where you ant him to go, show thepuppy the poop and praise him for it as if he had done it there. it will take a few weeks, but he will figure it out. and clean really well on the spots where he did go, because the smell will attract him to go there again

Take him outside everytime he starts to go in the house. If you catch it afterwards rub his nose to it, and use your voice to scold him and then take him right outside. Animals understand tones. Take him outside frequently, as soon as you get up in the morning and before you go to bed. Dogs would really prefer to go outside, but they need the opportunity. Eventually they will have their own way of letting you know they have to go.
