We are forming a charitiable club to help our children in our community, but in order to form this club do we need permits or tax information]

Hopefully someone who knows more will respond soon, but yes you will need a tax i.d. so if you sell stuff to raise $, get donations ect.. You dont have to charge/pay taxes.Contact your local community act program, they can help you with lots of things.
