Do your mobile have network always?

I am really fed up with my mobile device and network. I always get network problem when i need to use it. Better not to have this device

well i live in pakistan and have a telenor connection. fortunately the signals and network is quite good and is working fine most of the time. it only doesnt work when its raining etc.
