Simple Life, what do you think about this tv-show?

Simple Life is a reality show about Paris Hilton And Nicole Richie. They goes to a village, live there and try wo work at the village for couple of days, then go to another village. They need to earn money, because they don't have any money (they are not allowed to bring any money or credit cards). I was very angry when I saw one of their episode, in which they're working for a funeral house, and they did something unrespectable! They are told to move the dust of the death person into a vase, but they did it carelessly, that made the dust just fell from the table, and they just laughed & vacum cleaned the dust without any respect! Sometimes I think of them, is it for real? Or it'sust a game to make their show popular and reach the top show academy award? What do you think of this?
