Well, I brush my teeth everyday that's for sure lol! More often on the mornings and evenings before I go to bed.

I try to brush them after every meal but I don't always succeed... usually brush them around 2 times a day.

I brush once everyday, just before I go to bed. Sometimes I brush in the morning, if i'm not all groggy and cranky. :-)

first thing in the morning with my regular toothbrush, after lunch with one of the fingerbrushes I keep in my briefcase, and at night, right before bed with my Sonicare Electric toothbrush. I just can't stand the noise of it before I have my coffee. So, three times total each day.
