what does the term mean REFERRAL ?

many users are having the word referral..
how can we go there and should we have?

Referral is when you get someone to signup under you. You basically recruit them to join mylot.

You can post your tag on several websites, or your own website, and ask people to join under your name. Then thing is, this site doesn't really make a lot of money for people. So it's kind of hard to convince people to join. But since it's free to join, it's not too bad. Also, I think a lot of people like to blog and share their thoughts with others. I think that's the main reason for this site.
