do you love eating?

last december, i gained so much weight. but i couldnt help it...whenever i see cakes and chocolates, it seemed like they were calling my name. two weeks ago, a friend of mine called my attention so i went where she was and we started talking after few minutes she started saying.."hey! what happened to you, you're so fat.." then i was like "ah...okay? do you really need to say that?" i felt a bit uneasy but just to cut the crap out i simply said "dont you know fat is in? im just trying to join the trend..lol..." and when another friend called my name and said the same comment i told him .."no im just pregnant...lol..." there are so many ways to make an excuse why you gained weight but one thing is for sure..if you are fat right now and you have the determination to lose weight. you can really do it. Everything you do, if you have the heart for it, you can definitely achieve. Godbless!

I really love eating. Sometimes I can't control my cravings with food. I love to eat sweets like chocolates, cakes etc. As long as I am happy eating my faves I would not be bother nor care with other person's comments.

First of alll let me tell that i am over weight and on top that I LOVE EATING!!!!!
Chocolates have been my favorites in all the eatables and specially those chocolate coverd pastries......... Just cant resist ma self!!!!
I remember in btwn when i had joined the gym for reducing ma weight and getting ma body toned.... I did get into the process but after somedays i was doing some shopping and found out some superb white chocolates I could not resist and started having 3-4 everyday and top of that i had my regular meals..... And then the scenario in the gym was like this my trainer had given me a diet list and had promised him that i m flowing that... In the end of the month he asked me to step on the weighing scale and he was surprised that in place of reducing i had put on weight.... He asked me whether i was flowing the regime and kept pestering me whether i was really flowing then i had to tell him that i wasnt and was having chocolated everyday after my gym!!!! he then said that if i have to become thin then i will have to do extra gym and then from that day he would gradually ceck my weight every week!!!
but chocolates are really superb!!!!

that is so funny, i mean, yeah, i love chocolates too..but if i were to spend for gym expenses..i would surely take that seriously but you didnt...hahaha...well,just this morning i finally told myself, it's not about how much you weigh but how much you love and accept yourself. thanx for sharing though. Your post is a good reminder for me just two days ago i made a conscious decision to say enough is enough. I have a lot of diabetics in my family so i am definitely at risk but it is sad to say this is not really even what motivated me. I just feel the need to be thinner because i know being overweight makes you more tired and i know that if i lose some pounds i probably would feel motivated in other areas of life and the benefits are amazing. Im waiting on my husband to pick up a treadmill today. But this time im taking it slow the healthy way. Take care

I also gained so much weight after I was hospitalized. I do eat a lot of stuff because I had been told by my doctors not to skip meals like I used to do. I rarely had snack before but when I had gone from hospital I had I guess five eating schedule. I had my breakfast,lunch, snack,dinner and late night snack. I can't stop from eating sweets and calory rich foods. But am just glad I had normal weight again. I usually go back to my weight whenever I keep myself busy at work. It's really irritating if people tells you gain weight and even asked you such stuff like if your pregnant , it always happens to me as well. what I usually do to get back to my weight is to stay up late until I can skip breakfast and I seldom eat sweets now.

Yes, I love eating. I feel that after a hard day's work, I should enjoy a good meal although I try to control my portions now that I am overweight. Many times I have rejected rich foods like chocolate, cakes, ice-cream etc.. when my friends offer them because like I tell them - just looking at the food will make me put on weight. But actually my problem is not these sweet stuff but rather the portions I eat.

I think plain ol Cadbury's Dairy Milk is my fave...
However, I love Ferraro Rocher too....delicious stuff...
And Godiva's heavenly....
And a few years back, I had this plain home made milk chocolate...it was gooey and wonderful....
Gawd, this is making me drool....
