Have you ever sat down and worked on two books of different topics at once? I'm working on a fiction and non-fiction book and was curious if ayone else has ever done this and how you keep your focus on what book you are writing; shifting from the fiction to reality style of writing. Do you stay focus whaen you switch from one to the other or do you find you have difficulty getting into the frame of mind for the book you are working on at the very moment?

I am currently working on 2 books. One is non-fiction and the other is a book of poems. As these are so different in nature, it is easy for me to stay focused. I tend to write the poems in the morning and the other book in the afternoons. It is usually rather quiet around here during the day so I don't have a problem staying focused.
