Some of the islands near oceans of the world will submerge in 40-50 years. Can you please indicate any islands near your place likely to submerge?

You mean to say that Andaman and Nicobar Islands and many other Islands get submerged in the ocean? Maldives has hundreds of islands and it is very important tourist destination. Cannot imagine it will not be there in 30 or 40 years.
