yes where is heading heading to..
india is a developing country .
many things are changing and there is lot of improvement but still many people are below the poverty line.
the ever increasing population is one of the main reason. why cant people understand. its time for our govt to follow some strict rules regarding the number of children a family should have.
providing education, empowerment of women , bringing up of backward classes and so on can help our country to stand with our heads up.
and politicians and corruption go hand in hand. i dont know how can this have an end.
and one of the main problem our country is facing is terrorism.
everyday, in some place or the other bomb blasts take place, taking the lives of many people.
what do these people really want. why are they doing such thing??
if i keep on listing then there will be no end

its true that India is paying the cost to become a leading country, but everything comes at a price. and no country can have a perfect economy, but a better one only. the sad thing is that people have to sacrifice their social life to live that bit better life. things are changing but not everywhere. corruption has reached the common man, and not every single individual who is involved can be punished, since the whole sea is dirty. nobody of those want to change though. let me tell u my personal experience. I was attending a class on personality development class few years back. In that the professor played different kinds of games. One of the games was :- the class had to be split into 4 groups each of about 7-8 students. then the professor told us to write a chit by discussing within the group. the option was either X or Y. The marks given would be as follows in either of the four circumstances-
4 X's == each group gets -1
3 X's and 1 Y == each group with X gets +1 and the group with Y gets -3
2 X's and 2 Y's ==each group with X gets +2 and each group with Y gets -2
1 X and 3 Y's ==group with X gets +3 and each group with Y gets -1
4 Y's == every one gets +1
After hearing this arrangement one of the students from another group asked the prof that in this case everyone will vote for Y only. The prof said lets see. Accordingly thinking positive I forced my group to vote for Y who were in the favour of X. But to my surprise others had voted for X and my group had lost b'coz of me. At that very time I understood how people think practically, and not how we are supposed to think, theoretically. If all groups in our country will vote for Y then we will surely have a peaceful and prosperous country.

Hey man India is really one of the leading countries.
But u r right in raising the points.
Growth in india recently have been inorganic but for a small segment of ppl. The beauracracy and the corruption is the force that pulls down the growth rate to such an extent that its hardly a meagre fraction of what we can acheive with our manpower and resources.

yes india is moving in a progressive path but there r a lot of bottlenecks plaging the development of our country, red-tapism should come 2 an end else the country can never make it big in this world
v as the youth of this country need to do a lot in this regard instead of pointing our fingers towards the bureaucracy n its long time v wake up n involve ourselves in nation-building
way to go india!!!

Ya thts quite right our country is leading but things r going more worst but 4 this we ourselves r responsible... the problems u have written r quite right n solve them we ourselves have to work on them.. the richer class can only help the poorer.. Have anyone of u all ever helped the one who is in need; have u ever donated anything or have u helped the poor in anyway.. Secondly have u urself not done any corruption in ur life.. if u have done thn u dont have right to tell others to stop it.. Corruption is corruption it can be done anyways.. have u never asked ur frnd 2 give ur attendance or not given a extra penny so tht ur work is done.. ur answer ll be yes i have done it
Next did u ever tried to help those who have some kind of disease or even went near them no we havent..
Population is a problem so do u want to adopt a child then having urs.. Nobody wanna solve the problem but everybody has to question it??????
Start solving it on ur own problems ll automatically get solved

I dont think there are the most import issues in India.
all the listed once can be controlled, but there are poisons within the country that build hatred between group and religion, which will one day be the major down fall in the history of India, it has to be stopped now.

Main problem in India is corrpution and bad politican .
1) Frist we should have good politcian and educated one.
2) While thinking of development planing should be done porperly and implementing it.
3) Frist we should concentrate on farmer because India is country of farmer and I think if we concentrate on farming and give them good faclities we do not need this industry we earn in this lot.
4) To control population we should give all the hosiptal a strict warning after 2 child abortion should be made complusory and the person who follows the should be given good facilities. In company there should be made some rule that if person who break the rule his half payment will be get cut.
5) Poor funds should be use properly and make poor people get use of it and stay good life style

I think most of our issues will related to corruption so if we start from ourself only to have control on corruption and make others aware about the same then I think that to some extent we can take control of many of the issues mentioned.

It is a duty of every citizen to work for his country like India, towards the development. We should work hard, keep the city/surroundings clean etc.,

Our Country goes where we decide to go. If I have to rephrase your question, why are we having so many problems in spite of so called development taking place. We are a developing nation and have along way to go before we can call ourselves as developed.
Slowly and steadily things are changing for better, but we all can contribute to accelerate the process. Most of our ills are because of our "chalta hai attitude".
Things can change if we educate everybody and strive to make them healthy.
Education which will enable each individual to think for himself.
Education which will create more entrepreneurs both in capitalistic and social structure.
Education which will create new leaders.
Education which will make our population a strength.
We are doing well on the industrial front. It is time we concentrated on the agriculture and make it as shining as software. A micro and macro change is required on the agriculture side.
Our population is a liability as long as it is not skilled to work. In another 20 years, even China will have labour shortage because of one child policy. Most of the developed countries have negative population growth. In this I sense an opportunity to convert our weakness into strength, by making our population employable.
All this will take time and effort. We are moving at an elephants speed. It is important that we keep moving in the right direction.
We , the middle class should adopt villages and educate the children there.
Those who are more daring should become entrepreneurs. These two acts will accelerate the process of change for good.

im from india and very well aware of the problems but its not always correct to blame the government as some issues cnat be solved that easily.i will try to anwer your points accordingly
1 and 2.hunger-its is not possible to eradicate hunger that easily.as long as there is poverty there will be hunger.so we have to make arrangements for providing everybody witha job and with a country with this huge population it is not possible.
3.corruption exists in every level of management from police to government to private companies.corruption acnnot be removed by any government or police.it depends totally on a human being and how honest he is.an honest man will never take any bribes no matter whatever is the situation.
4.i think getting matured at low age is a good thing if you are matured in the right things in life.
5.aids can only be prevented through awarness and i say the government is doing a great job in spreading the awarness.
6.i dont agree on this.many people are interested in social life and are socialising sxcdllently.we have so many clubs,discs, and other famous hang out joints filled with people.
7.well prices will increase whith inflation and i do feel that the government should be able to control inflation properly if they want the common man to survive.
8.its is again possible by awarness and proper education and the government is spreading awarness about this successfully.
9.well winning the olympics may not be such an important things.and dont forget we do have some medals in shooting etc.and indian players are also making their name worldwide like sania mirza,leander paes,indian cricket team etc.
10.this is an serious isse that the young men dont want to join politics .and even if someone does the system throws him out or makes him one of the system too.this is a really tough challeneg for us.
and what do you mean by brain drain.

Sounds just like here these days. Priorities are really screwed up. People are all into fear, fear and more fear. That's what causes people to hoard, become selfish and not help others. Greed and lust for money. People have no faith in a higher power anymore. They think they have control over things. And if things don't go right for them there is more fear. Its a giant conspiracy to control man. Been going on for hundreds of years.

the only solution i see is a proper govt. for our country . unless we have one of the strongest govt. we cant see our country improve its bcoz it shud be started from central. one state or one person cant do any change so i believe its the system which shud be changed.
