How about you give the hospital the insurance information that they need to treat your daughter? These games your playing might make you feel great and make you think your winning whatever contest you have going in your head, but they are going to end up killing your daughter, man up and be a parent, put the games aside and act like you give a @&%# about your daughter.

how about the mom tell him what hospital she was to be treated at and the docters name and number he is such a good parent he had to take the time off work to spend on the phone to track down the info so he could give them the insurance info and why did the mom dropp yet again the state insurance on her? oh ya this is all recorded and filed so when they go back to court for the games the mom plays he can prove the crap she pulls now who is the bad parent the one who is working paying for insurance and still has to take time off to deal with a ex girlfriend or a mom who has to much time for games hmmmm well since the dad is bring home the paychecks to paychild support and insurance and has to drive her 12 hours home one way and the mom only drives part way here to drop her off i would have to say its not the dad even the judge told her he knew she was lying and to knock it off hmmm who to believe hmmm

Call your local attornies, most attornies will let you know if it is possible or not. Find out what your state laws are by going to your courthouse and asking for the information. I do know that you would have to have proof without a shadow of doubt that the woman is incompetent to raise the girl or are you talking about joint custody?
