being a call center agent/tech support representative is an easy job as long as u focus and do good during training.. as for me, i did pretty well during training and during my e-bay days, but got tired of the same old calls that i got from bellsouth customers... and because of this type of job i became a believer of the saying "there are no stupid questions, only stupid customers"... sad but true...

I agree with that saying. But I haven't yet got the chance to experience being a call center agent. Is it hard? I'm planning to apply as one. But there are so many questions running through my mind about it. Can you give me some tips?
