what is the most effective way to control a large population? Do you believe that the best way is using a birth control pills or abstinence or one child policy?

The best way to control a large population has already been demonstrated in Europe and the USA.
The thing to do is to raise the standard of living and the educational levels of the population.
In almost all of the more advanced countries of the world, population levels, if left to birthrate alone without counting immigration, are declining.
That's right. The number of people in first world countries would actually be declining if 3d world people were not moving into them.
So, want to control a population? Educate it and raise its standard of living. Then it will control its own population.

How would you raised the standard of living of 1 country if the government system nor even the officials are the most problem here they are corrupt! Most of the time they used people just to prove that they have done or accomplished for the country but the truth is just to hide their wrong deeds.
