How or ways to study for exams

Hi people im as you know for highschool students in ontario exams are starting and i need some help. I need to know ways that you people prepare and study for exams because to me its soo much information and i dont want to forget anything because i have current 85% average and i want to either go up or keep it the same but my way of studying before is terrible and made me lose marks on exams so i need your help to give me ideas to prepare for exams oh yeah it's this week!
