Men and women are cut differently, we all know that. I'm very much for equality, I always have been. Like it or not though, we are cut differently. Women have a much more emotional side to them, where men tend to think more factually, not adding the equation of emotion into their desisions. ( typically why most men are less mature in many ways.) I believe women, as well as men, can be very intellegent, however, i do believe it causes problems when women try to step into leadership roles. I'm sure a lot of people would disagree, but I'm also sure more people would agree than many of you want to admit. Let's find fiond how many others would agree with me.

There is no dispute that women have a more emotional side to them than men do, but I do dispute that men tend to think more "factually". I have known many men that ignore the facts in front of them, doing things "their way" come hell or high water.
While there may be those that wish to deny women opportunities based on what they think they know about women or mistakes they think they forsee (mostly men, mind you)women hold leadership positions throughout our society. Starting from managing a home and family to running major industries and corporations.
I don't think gender is an issue in leadership. I think that intelligence, character, morals, values and maturity are much more important.
