Losing Replies on my Lot

Ok I am very new but I have learned it the hard way that when you take your time in writing something here you should copy it just in case it disappears as soon as you hit the post button! Have you ever lost a reply yourself like this?

I'm new too Bart, but I had the same problem. I figured out that it was a "time out" situation where the system will time out on you periodically (seemed to be more when I left the pc and the site on for a while). Anyway, I posted a discussion similar to this, have yet to get any responses, but I think I fixed the problem by logging out and logging back in when I was away for a bit. So far, that seems to have helped, and I haven't lost any postings, because that was getting frustrating!! ugh!! :-) Hope this helps!

yes, what I do now is copy all the text then hit send. If the text gets lost then at least I have it, but the next problem is I cannot paste until I have posted 500 times so for now I will just have to post many short posts, have fun.

It happend to me a lot too but now that they do not allow copy and paste (untill you hit 500) you cant paste it back if it dissapears. I havent had this problem since a little after they started the no paste rule so I really think they fixed this problem.
